Shipping Policy

For LowestWeplay

1. Delivery Method Since we provide digital in-game services (WePlay Recharges), there is no physical shipping involved. All orders are delivered digitally directly to your game account.

  • Top-up via UID: For orders requiring only User ID, the coins/recharge will be credited directly to your account server.

  • Top-up via Login: For orders requiring login details, our team will securely access your account to process the recharge and log out immediately after completion.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Instant/Automated Orders: Most orders are processed within 10 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Manual Processing: In some cases (server maintenance or high traffic), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

  • Working Hours: Orders placed outside working hours [Insert Time, e.g., 10 AM - 10 PM] may be processed the next morning.

3. Order Confirmation Once your recharge is successful, you will receive a confirmation via [Email / WhatsApp / SMS]. You can also check your game account balance to verify the receipt of goods.

4. Wrong Information Policy

  • Please ensure you provide the correct Player ID (UID) and Region/Server.

  • LowestWeplay is not responsible for coins sent to the wrong account if the user provided incorrect details. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Technical Delays In rare cases where the game server is down or there is a payment gateway delay, the order might be paused. If we cannot fulfill your order within 48 hours, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
