Refund Policy

1. General Policy Since LowestWeplay offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (in-game coins/credits), we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased and delivered. Once the transaction is successful and the coins/diamonds are added to the provided User ID, the sale is final.

2. Failed Transactions In the event that money has been deducted from your bank account/card/wallet but the recharge was not credited to your account within 24 hours due to a technical error on our end or the payment gateway's end:

  • We will process a refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

  • You must contact our support team with your Transaction ID to initiate this process.

3. Wrong User ID It is the user's sole responsibility to provide the correct User ID (and other details) before making a payment.

  • If you enter the wrong User ID and the coins are sent to that wrong account, we cannot reverse the transaction or offer a refund.

  • Please double-check your ID before clicking "Pay."

4. Fraudulent Transactions If we suspect any fraudulent activity (e.g., use of stolen cards), we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, block the user ID, and report the incident to relevant authorities.
